How the workbook works
- It comes in the mail. A printed workbook covering all six hours, laid out the same way the live class runs.
- You work it at your own pace. Read the section, work the questions, write your answers on the answer sheet in the back.
- Send the answer sheet back. Mail it, or take a clear photo and email it. Either one. Nobody is going hunting for a fax machine in 2026.
- Certificate and reporting. Same as every other format. Certificate to you, hours to the board.
Who this is actually for
Plumbers who read better on paper. Guys working somewhere with no reliable signal. Anybody who has lost an hour of their life to a website timing out and decided never again. Older hands who have done fine for thirty years without an app and are not starting now.
It is not a lesser product and it is not priced like one. $95, same as online, because it is the same six hours. Printing and mailing it actually costs more, and the price is still the price.
What it is not
It is not faster. Correspondence is still six hours of material and the board still counts it as six hours. If somebody is selling you a workbook you can finish over one cup of coffee, ask them how that squares with the requirement, then ask to see their approval.

Does a correspondence course count for Texas plumbing CE?
Yes. Texas allows approved continuing professional education by correspondence. The provider and the specific course both have to carry board approval.
How do I turn in my answers?
Mail the answer sheet back or take a clear photo of it and email it. Whichever is easier for you.
Is the workbook cheaper than online?
No. Same price as online, for the same six hours. It costs more to produce, but the price is the price.
